Two Cemetery Plots Side by Side in Roselawn Cemetery located in Seagoville, TX. The Plot location in the Cemetery is in the Garden of Valley View Section. Lot 143; Block B; Plots 1 and 2. These Plots normally sell for $2,595 each. I'm asking $4,000 for the pair. I no longer live in the area and would like to sell. We will have to close the sale at Rose Lawn Cemetery. There will be paperwork to sign, notarize, etc. There is a $200 service charge that Roselawn charges, which I will pay from of the proceeds of the sale.
