I have 2 Burial Plots still available for sell. Plots 1 & 2 sold in May 2017. I will not sell just one by itself. I am asking $4,500.00 for the pair of Plots. Price is below Restlawn retail prices for Burial Plots. This price already includes the perpetual care by Restlawn Memorial Park. I will consider a reasonable offer for the 2 Burial Plots.
Any and all Title transfer fees will be paid by the Buyer. Great location just south of CHAPEL GARDENS Chapel.
The Real Property (Burial Plots) Deed will be conveyed to you by Quit Claim Deed provided by Restlawn personnel.
Payment to be by CASH, and/or approved Bank Cashier's check which need to clear before final papers are transferred by Restlawn personnel.
