Eight single Graves available. Four in Laurel Section and four in Springfield Section of Restland Memorial Park, 77 DeFOrest Ave., East Hanover, New Jersey 07936. Restland's retail price for a single Grave is $2,700 if Space is needed immediately. I will sell four or eight single Graves for $1,400 each. Additionally, Restland wil require from buyer 15% per single Space for a Maintenance and Preservaton Fund (perpetual Care fee set by the State of New Jersey), $40 Transfer Fee and $95 per new Deed. Only one deed is needed regardless of the number of Graves purchased.
If there is an immediate need for Space during negotiations, Restland will accommodate the need and tend to paper work afterwards.
