My divorce forces the private sale of the internment rights certificate for (single) Crypt 344 of Garland (inside) in the Lincoln Memorial Park, 10500 Mt. Scott Blvd., Portland, OR 97266, county of Multnomah. Garland is on the third floor of the north wing of the Mausoleum. Easy access to the main floor is from Gate 2 off Mt. Scott Blvd., and Gate 3 offers direct access to the Garland level. Lincoln Memorial Park ( http://www.lincolnmemorialpark.com) is an established and well maintained facility on Mt. Scott in Southeast Portland. Lincoln Memorial Park and Funeral Home offers all arrangement services (503.771.1117). This park is across the street from Willamette National Cemetery (11800 SE Mt. Scott Blvd., Portland, OR 503.273.5250).
I have recently contacted the facility (August 2010). Greg Sider, Lincoln Memorial Park, indicates this single indoor crypt in the main mausoleum is valued at $7621.00, and they do not have any more inventory in this part of the facility. The title for the crypt includes a second right of in-urnment, either 1 casket and an urn, or 2 urns. This is an additional $1,500.00. Also included is the lifetime endowment (maintenance). This puts the list price at $9611.00. I am selling this for $7,500.00. The transfer charge is $250.00 additional. The facility is happy to help with this transaction and there are additional fees for the opening & closing, monobar (name plate), etc.
