Single Front Double Crypt, Section F (Peace), Crypt 190 - 195 The double crypt is located inside the newly renovated Chapel on the bottom row, Section F (Peace). Based on discussions with Cemetery employees, Restlawn Memorial Park Cemetery no longer has any Crypts available in the Chapel. I am asking $11,500 for the Double Crypt, which is less than an outside Double Crypt. This price already includes the perpetual care by Restlawn Memorial Park. Any and all Title transfer fees will be paid by the Buyer. The Mausoleum Deed will be conveyed to you by Quit Claim Deed provided by Restlawn personnel. Payment to be by CASH, or approved Bank Cashier’s check which needs to clear before final papers are returned by USPS and/or FedEx registered mail/insurance paid by the Seller. Execution of the Quit Claim Deed will occur at a mutually agreeable date at the Restlawn offices. I will consider all Reasonable Offers toward the Double Crypt. Remember, the double crypt is indoors, in the renovated Chapel and Restlawn no longer has any of these Chapel Crypts for sale.
