We wish to sell four adjoining Plots in this beautiful and historic Cemetery and described as the South half of Lot 206. Valued at approximately $4,000 each, we have reduced that to $1,500 each for all four or $1,800 each for two. Of course, all offers will be considered. Please be aware of the Perpetual Care Fee of $600 per plot due by the buyer to the Cemetery at time of purchase. Transfer Fees will be paid by the Seller.
