Purchase price is $2,500 each or $14,000 if purchased all together, plus cemetery fees. Six traditional ground burial plots located in the well-established, original 18-acre developed Garden of Benediction near the Memorial Chapel (Rose Hills now consists of 1400+ acres). These graves have been in our family since 1964 and were purchased here because this Garden is in the heart of Rose Hills. There are no other grave sites currently available in this Section. Also, it is possible to bury cremains in each grave in addition to a casket. Please respond to this ad if you are interested in all or part of these properties. We will need to follow Rose Hill’s protocol for the sale of these Plots. Note: There is a $200 transfer fee per lot and a $200 endowment fee per lot, totaling $400 per lot, which will be paid by the Sellers directly to Rose Hills upon transfer. Buyer(s) may provide the necessary signed documents and fees by mail or be available to meet with a Title Administrator at Rose Hills in person between 8 A.M and 3 P.M. Monday through Thursday (offices close at 4 P.M. and on holidays). Here you can also get a map to the location of the graves. Once Rose Hills accepts and records the sale, a Certificate will be issued to the new owner(s).
