They are located near the hedge beside a walkway with convenient access to the roadway within the Cemetery, and though not directly under trees, these Plots are adjacent to two large trees.
I am asking $3,500 for each. Greenwood values these Lots at $5,274 each. To complete the purchase, we will meet at the Cemetery with a Cemetery representative to transfer the deed. There is a $295 transfer fee due to Greenwood from the purchaser at the time of the transfer.
