Ocean and mountain views on the lawn - Two Single Graves, side by side in the Beautiful Santa Barbara Cemetery near Monticito and the Bird Refuge. This is in the older section, Block "C" Vista de la Cumbre section #335 and 336 originally purchased by my father and mother December 12th 1958 and Paid in full on December 22nd 1959. There ar no two Lots available directly side by side anywhere else in this entire Cemetery I know of other than in the new Section. 2 Lots side by side in the new Section start at 50K each. As POA for sole and original owner of these two Lots, I can designate once, Whom will be burried in these 2 Graves. They can never be sold unless it is back to te Santa Barbara Cemetry Association, so we would have to meet at the Santa Barbara Cemetery office to complete our transaction, pay a small transfer fee, then designate "perpetual rights" to whom will be burried there. Any other finantial arrangements can not take place there as no Lots in santa Barbara Cemeterys anywhere that can be sold by their owners, but "perpetual rights" are legal and accepted. It is my intention that these 2 Graves are to be transfered together to the same party at the same time. I will not consider assigning "perpetual rights to only one grave. If you only need one grave, it is considerably less expensive and can be purchased from the Santa Barbara Cemetry Association starting as low as 21K for one Grave in Vista de la Cumbre. Two side by side are PREMIUM and hard to find. They start at 50K each for 2 and ARE NOT located in any of the older beautiful Sections.
