Three Plots for sale in Central Garden section of Carolina Memorial Gardens, also known as Carolina Memorial Park. This Section primarily houses Military Veterans and features a large Eagle statute in the center of the Garden. The Spaces for sale are in the upper right quadrant. Photos of the area are available upon request.
I prefer to sell all three Plots together but am willing to break them up if so desired. I am selling each Plot for $3,200, which is about 15% below what it would cost to purchase Plots directly from the Cemetery (price confirmed by the Cemetery in 2011). If all three Plots are purchased at once in a single transaction, I will provide an additional discount of $600 for a total cost of $9,000 -- a savings of nearly 20% below the current value of these Plots!
I already have the Certificate of Interment Rights and can quickly transfer ownership of the plots to the successful buyer. To ensure a quick and safe transaction, I will require that the purchase be made using my secure PayPal account.
