SELLER HAS REMOVED FROM THE MARKET
Four (4) side by side Cemetery Burial Plots (includes endowment care), in Section 14. It comes with the Memorial Right ("right to erect a Memorial - at the expense of the parties") Certificate. In order to erect a Memorial, you will need to own all four Plots. These were purchased in 1989. A Cemetery staff said that only about 10% of plots in this Section are available for purchase. We are selling because we moved out of state and won't be able to use these Plots.
The value quoted by Ridgewood Cemetery is $2,995/Plot. We were told that a Pre-need purchase can get $200 - $250 discount (the value with a $250 discount would be $2,745/Plot).
[Note] One of the four Plots (Space 2) was the resting place of Grandma (interned in 11/1996). In July, 2009, we brought her remains to our area. A Vault was used to contain the casket, and the Grave Site should be the same as never used Space.
