Two (2) side by side Cemetery Burial Plots, in the Sheltering Trees Section. It comes with the Endowment Care, which provides perpetual maintenance care.
These were purchased in 1981 for our grandparents. The Section no longer has two adjoining Plots for sale by Forest Lawn.
Forest Lawn said there are only one or two single plots available in the Section.
The value quoted by Forest Lawn was $6,670 ($2,900 + 15% Endowment Care fee per Plot).
We are selling it because all of the family members moved out of Orange County and they purchased Plots in another area.
