The Cemetery is easily accessible right off the Southern State Pkwy.
They are deeded together so not available for separate sale
The specific Space in the Cemetery is Section 45, Plot H-22.
The plots have been in my family for over 40 years. My parents are both deceased and are buried elsewhere.
My brother and I have both moved out of state and we do not require the plots any longer.
The Plot is measured like a box divided by four. There is room for foot stones at the the end of each plot and a family head stone.
I am asking $7500 for the four plots. This is way below market value. The current value for each Plot is $4,000 retail.
The cemetery does not have any plots like this available.
