For Sale: Two Cemetery Plots
These two Cemetery Plots are located in the lovely and famous Rose Hills Cemetery, "the single largest Memorial Park in the world" in Whittier, California south of Los Angeles near La Puente. Lot 63, Garden of Valor, Spaces 3 and 4. They were purchased when my parents lived in California in the 70s, but they later moved to Nevada and now no longer need them.

These Plots are among the last available in the Garden of Valor Lot 683. They are next to each other and were originally set aside for military veterans but non-veterans can be there as well.
Current price for new Plots in this Cemetery start at $2,900. We are asking for $2,400 for each Plot for a total of $4,800 for both. There is also a $200 per Plot transfer fee by the mortuary which we will cover for offers of the asking price, otherwise the transfer fees must be paid in addition to the agreed to price.
