Chapel Hill is aware that we are trying to sell these Lots & will be happy to show you where they are located & talk with you about the other expenses involved in the burial including a $195 transfer fee which you would be responsible for, but would get a credit from Chapel Hill towards other expenses.
We own the Plots free & clear, so we would be able to draw up a contract to carry the financing for you. The Plots would have to be paid in full before being used & the interment rights transferred.
