If you are interested in getting a lovely spot in Vestal Hills Memorial Park, for yourself or a loved one, you are in luck! I lived in the area 7 years ago and purchased a single Lawn Crypt that includes the Space, a Vault, and a Bronze memorialization. Since then, I have moved to Madison, WI and have finally gotten around to dealing with the fact that I don't need this Space anymore. The value of the Space is about $4,450 including the Bronze Memorial (the Cemetery quoted $4,200 plus the cost of the Memorial).
The location of the Space is Liberty Terrace, but you would get to go to the Cemetery and choose the specific Space that you prefer. Alternatively, you could transfer the value of the Space to another Cemetery that participates in their nationwide Cemetery association (unfortunately, the Madison Cemetery that was part of the association recently discontinued the association so I can't exchange for a spot here in Madison).
I am asking $3,200 total for the spot, a savings of over $1,250 considering the value of the Bronze Memorial (I'm pretty sure it's worth at least $250). I'd pay the deed transfer fee of $33 as well. My father still lives in the area and could help with the payment arrangements, and the cemetery itself can give you a tour so that you can select your Space. I'm willing to negotiate a little on the price for a serious buyer, but since I'm no longer in the area myself, I wouldn't be able to accept a payment plan.
